- Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used products
- Opened skincare or makeup items (for hygiene reasons)
Process:

- Share order details and product images
- Our team will verify and guide further
Refunds:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days
