Return & Exchange Policy

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened skincare or makeup items (for hygiene reasons)
Process:

  2. Share order details and product images
  3. Our team will verify and guide further
Refunds:
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days
